Annual Fundraising Golf Tournament

This is the 4th year for Tristan’s Fundraising Golf Tournament to raise funds for his care and daily needs. Because of the enormous support of sponsors and friend’s, our tournament continues to be a success! – and for that support, we are extremely grateful.

This year’s tournament will be held on Monday, June 16th, 2025 at the Lakewood Oaks Country Club Golf Course, located at

651 Ne St. Andrews Cr.
Lee’s Summit, Mo 64064.

Golfers should check in from 7:30am – 8:30am

We will have a shotgun start at 9:00am taking place. Putting and Chipping Contest is before the tournament starts. We will play in a 2 team, 4-person per team scramble format, per hole.

Last year’s tournament SOLD OUT and is limited to ONLY 36 teams, so sign up as soon as you can!!

Sponsorship opportunities are available. All sponsorships include signage and recognition in the tournament literature. We are offering sponsorships to golfers and non-golfers alike. The Sponsorship and Team opportunities are on a first come basis.
